Membership Terms
These terms govern your application for, and holding of, private membership of Mi Casa El Pasa.

1. The club
Mi Casa El Pasa is a private members club operating in Boksburg, Gauteng. It is not a public marketplace, and nothing on the public website is an offer to the general public.
2. Application and approval
Membership is by application. The club reviews each application and may approve or decline it at its discretion. Submitting an application does not create membership.
3. Membership number and card
On approval you are issued a unique membership number and a digital membership card. The card remains the property of the club and may be suspended or revoked.
4. Membership status
Membership may be recorded as submitted, under review, approved, declined, suspended, expired or cancelled. Access to the members portal depends on your status and tier.
5. Fees
Joining fees, membership fees and renewal periods are set per tier and are confirmed to you during application. Fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise.
6. Members-only access
Packages available within the club are restricted to approved members whose tier qualifies, and are subject to availability, purchase limits and lawful supply. Only lawful products and packages are offered.
7. Conduct
Members are expected to respect the privacy of other members and the club. Sharing membership credentials or your membership card with another person may result in suspension.
8. Communications
Transactional messages about your membership, security and orders form part of membership. Promotional marketing is optional and requires separate consent.
9. Suspension and cancellation
The club may suspend or cancel membership for breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, or non-payment. Members may cancel in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10. Changes
The club may update these terms. Material changes are communicated to members, and the version you accepted is recorded against your membership.
