Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders

An order may be cancelled by the member while its status is New or Payment Pending. Once an order moves to Processing, cancellation is at the club's discretion.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method. Refunds are recorded against the order, which moves to the Refunded status.

Joining and membership fees

Joining fees are non-refundable once membership has been approved and a membership number issued. Membership fees already paid for a current period are not refunded on voluntary cancellation.

Cancelling membership

A member may cancel membership by contacting the club's administration team. Access to the members portal and the digital membership card ends when the cancellation takes effect.

Cancellation by the club

The club may suspend or cancel a membership for breach of the Membership Terms. Where cancellation is not caused by the member's breach, any unused portion of a prepaid membership period may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
