Marketing Consent

What you are consenting to

If you opt in, you agree to receive promotional communications, offers, club announcements and marketing from Mi Casa El Pasa by SMS and/or other selected communication channels.

It is optional

• The marketing consent box is never pre-ticked.
• Declining does not affect your membership application.
• Declining does not limit your access to club packages.

Transactional messages are different

Messages confirming your application, your approval, your membership number and your order status are transactional. They are part of operating your membership and are not marketing.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw promotional marketing consent at any time from the marketing preferences section of your member account, or by using the opt-out mechanism included in our marketing messages. Withdrawal takes effect for future campaigns.

Our record of your consent

Each consent decision is stored as its own event, with the consent type, status, date, time, consent version and source. Historical consent records are never silently edited — a change always creates a new event.
