- Your residential area
- Your membership, order and communication records with the club
- Consent records, including date, time, version and source
We do not collect personal information we do not need to administer membership.
Why we process it
- To assess and administer your membership application
- To issue your membership number and digital membership card
- To operate the members portal and process your orders
- To send transactional membership, security and order messages
- To meet the club's legal and record-keeping obligations
Marketing
Promotional marketing is sent only where you have given separate, active consent. That consent is never pre-selected, is not required to become a member, and can be withdrawn at any time from your account. Transactional membership and order messages are handled separately from marketing and continue regardless.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help operate the club platform, such as our messaging provider, and only to the extent needed. We do not sell personal information.
Security
Access to member data is restricted by role, protected by secure authentication, and recorded in administrative audit logs. Membership verification codes do not expose your contact details or address.
Retention
We keep membership, order and consent records for as long as your membership is active and thereafter for the period required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal information, request correction, object to processing, or withdraw marketing consent. Contact the club's administration team to exercise these rights.
